A worldwide leader in innovative lighting products as well as intelligent and connected lighting solutions is looking for Supply Chain Executive
Position is based in Dubai, UAE.
Major Responsibilities
- Preparation and handling of shipping documents and purchase orders via ERP (SAP) system.
- Scrutinize open purchase orders and ensure the material availability as per agreed lead times.
- Coordinates with the warehouse for shipments/deliveries to customers promptly.
- Ensures the highest level of data quality and integrity by processing shipments accurately.
- Knowledge and ability to handle L/C negotiations, shipment, and documentation.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of the department as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 4-5 years of experience in Logistics.
- Graduate, preferably BBM or other professional courses such as SCM/Logistic or equivalent.
- Good analytical, communication skills, time management, and organizing skills.
- Good in SAP/ Shipping/ Purchasing.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Candidate must enjoy a fast-paced, multi-tasking, customer service-minded environment.
