Our client a European Multinational Automotive Financial Services Company is looking for Specialist Accounting & Controlling.
Position is based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities
- The role holder assists the team both in accounting & controlling tasks, preparation of reconciliations and appropriate posting of accounts.
- Provide complete finance service to the whole company and its affiliates, addressing all issues related to finance and to provide all relevant information to meet external demands. These services may include, but are not limited to, any of the following: budget setting, reporting and control, financial reporting to external bodies, annual accounts preparation.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Controlling team and to assist for the smooth running of operations for all finance matters.
- Input accounting data into the system with speed and accuracy.
- Verify payments & receivables and analyse data to ensure no discrepancies are recorded.
- Regular accounting and bookkeeping for OPEX, CAPEX and Income streams.
- Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
- Resolution of finance related queries and swift payment of invoices.
- Timely alignment on and invoicing of cooperation income.
- Approvals for all business expenses are correctly sorted.
Education and Experience Required
- Candidate should have experience working in Automotive Industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance or equivalent advantageous.
- Knowledge of Accounting Software / Systems.
- Knowledge / Experience in Auto Finance.
- Background in Auto Finance or banking business advantageous.
