Our client an esteemed Multinational company specializing in Lighting products and solutions is looking for Sales Manager – East Africa

Position is based in Kenya.

Job Description

  • Experience in Trade/Distribution business channel is preferable
  • Identifying, developing and execution of strategy, potential customers, tactics, sales plans  and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and sales target improvements.
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities

Key Qualifications

Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences — and results — through development of new accounts/customers.

Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment.
