Job Description
Reporting to: Department Head
Division: ECM
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Achieving category sales as per regional business plan
- Implement marketing activities at field (market) to promote and enhance business especially for the Middle East & African market
- Develop and expand current sales channel for the Middle East
- Strengthen Spec activities to enhance project channel business with sales partners
- Work closely with domain product planning team for new product development
- Timely action based on market situation, sales & self OPSI management
- Daily follow up on ordering process , price registration, quality issues and other administrative works
- Support management for Middle East Sales Support
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales & profit achievement
- Execution of timely action to manage sales & marketing plan /target
- Implementation of demand creation and new channels development
- Improvement of sales management /administrative tools and work flow
- Job efficiency and proper time management
- Accuracy & speed of work
- Support current sales team for business development of the Middle East market.
Knowledge Skills & Experience Required:
- Must be figure sensitive (IMPORTANT): For mathematics /statistics/analysis (Accuracy and speed required)
- Sales, marketing and logistics (Export/Import) knowledge /project management skills
- Analysis skill /logical thinking /presentation skill.
