Logistics Executive

JD is as follows

• Works closely with Demand analysis team at the Lubricants Plant as well as Sales coordinators / Customer Service Executives and ensures efficient supply of products to the customers.
• SAP Sales order dispatching of outbound.
• Stock allocation in SAP
• Raise delivery note for all direct shipments to third country.
• Keep track of all damaged goods return for all locations and concludes with SAP entry
• Month end inventory reconciliation.
• Upload and process Sales orders through Connexion in parallel with SAP dispatch (Data entry)
• Dispatch POS products to customers as per coordination with Marketing department.
• Coordinate closely with 3rd Party Logistics for executing Local Distribution deliveries and inventory management.

Qualifications / Experience required

• Good knowledge of logistics activities.
• Good influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good commercial skills, initiative and confidence to interact with superiors.
• Minimum 4 years qualification experience in Lubricants or similar industry operations
• Bachelor Degree Holder with an additional Logistics / Supply Chain certification/ qualification.
