Our client an European multinational automotive brand is looking for a Customer Support (Aftersales) Area Manager
Position is based in Dubai, UAE
Main Duties:
- Overarching coordination of the Importers in area of responsibility to develop an Annual Business Plan, Service & Parts Marketing Plan, operational measures to improve the Importer business and process
- Ensures customer satisfaction, customer retention through high-quality processes and implementation of automotive Service & Parts strategies, policies and automotive Group guidelines.
- Permanently monitors and reviews Service & Parts results of Importer and develops measures at an early stage in case targets might be at
- Conducts documented market visits, analysis and proposes recommendations if required to maximize market
- Protection of the long-term profitability by continuous process optimization and focus on customer satisfaction in the service
- Determination of the standards and framework conditions for individual sales promotion and approval of overarching
- Interaction with the automotive Group regarding automotive worldwide initiatives in compliance with country specific
- Importer support process for escalated customer, warranty and parts order/logistics issues.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferable in Economy, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management or similar
- Management experience in the automotive Aftersales industry with premium manufacture or within the automotive organization would be added
- Well-developed analytical, presentation, organizational and time management skills.
